Limit sugar craving

Just watched the diet doctors episode, in which one of the doctors stated that new research has proven that the trace mineral Chromium helps kurb sugar cravings.

If a dieter has trouble trying to kurb intense sugar cravings then it could be a case of Chromium deficiency. Increasing intake of Chromium may help limit these cravings and cause weight loss. It may not be the "magic bullet" to the ultimate goal, but if it helps a little then it must be a good move.
