Good quality nutrition

I believe our body is very similar to that of a high performance car. No matter how great the engine or driver, if you put in poor quality fuel then the car wont produce its optimum performance. Our bodies are exactly the same. Even those blessed with world-class talent, or dedicated to the hardest training programmes, will not achieve their full potential if they don't eat the right foods which complement their needs. It doesn't matter what shape you are at present your body still needs good quality fuel to function well. When the body is functioning well good energy levels become available for exercising, and exercising longer means more energy burned for fat loss!
