New Articles Added to Site

We just added some new articles. The topics range from the basics of cardio fitness, an overview of various exercise regimes, breathing methods during exercise to the age at which children may need to start looking at their weight.

With the latter one, we believe parents should try to teach their children some good, activity habits like take them swimming or allow them to play their favourite outdoor games. This is so they too can learn to enjoy leisure activities, which may help tackle the long term effects of weight gains!
